Case Study - French International School, Delhi

Problem

Undertaking the worsening air quality in Delhi, French International School, Delhi decided to reflect on these conditions of poor indoor air quality and protect the students and staff from its repercussions. They had proposed the “dilution of pollution” approach and wanted to provide complete clean air as a retrofit solution with adequate capital investment and affordable operational cost.

Solution

Magneto CleanTech reassessed the entire project and offered a unique combination of Magneto Fresh Air Energy Recovery Unit combined with Magneto Central Air Cleaner, which was retrofitted in 19 cassette AC units and 70 Split AC units. This Scalable and economical solution was installed in a total of 89 of their Aircon units with virtually no modification at the client site.

Impact

  • CO2 levels were blown down from 3800 to 1000.
  • PM 2.5 was efficiently sustained less than 3 μg/m3 at LFID.
  • Real-time information on pollution rates and air quality was provided with a multi-diverse display air quality monitor.
  • Complete nullification of harmful gases of the chemistry lab was done.
